Villa Magnolia is a majestic semi-detached villa for rent with private swimming pool located in the exclusive resort of Cala Galdana.
This Villa rental in Menorca is composed of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a landscaped outdoor area where you will find, in addition to the large swimming pool, a terrace with barbecue and outside furniture.
Villa Magnolia also has central air conditioning, WiFi, safe and Radio CD with iPod input and also it has private parking.
The rooms are divided into three double bedrooms. On the one hand there is the master bedroom suite with double bed and direct access to the terrace. Moreover, the other two bedrooms are formed each with two single beds and have a family bathroom. All bedrooms have a fitted wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a vitroceramic, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and utensils. It has direct access to the rear terrace of the villa, where we will find the barbecue and an outdoor table with garden chairs to enjoy outdoor meals is.
This villa for rent in Menorca has a well equipped living room. There are two comfortable sofas, a TV and a dinning area. It has direct access to the covered terrace at the front overlooking the pool and the mountains, a great place to enjoy a drink in its comfortable chairs on those warm and calm summer evenings.
The spacious bathrooms feature a bath and both have hairdryer.
The pool is great and it also offers total privacy. It has comfortable sunbeds for all guests and garden furniture.
The villa for rent is also equipped with washing machine, iron and post for clothes and clothesline.
Although they are totally independent, Villa Magnolia is twin sister of Villa Lavanda as they are nearly identical and are next to each other. It is ideal for two families or a large group of friends, offering proximity from each other but at the same time retaining the intimacy and privacy of your own villa.
All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

The area
The resort of Cala Galdana is one of the most popular and prestigious in Menorca. This is due to its beautiful beach that is surrounded by cliffs that border and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand and crystal clear waters.ts shell shape makes it a true paradise. Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as Baywatch, sunbeds, boat rentals, restaurants and more. The beach is ideal for young children who are learning to swim, as the sea does not cover in the first 50 meters.
The complex is very safe and it has a quiet family atmosphere. In its shopping area there are many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water sports and leisure as boat rental, car, kayaking, horseback riding, cycling etc.
Cala Galdana is surrounded by a natural environment, ideal for walking, for example through the Barranc d’Algendar or walk through the Cami de Cavalls to Cala Mitjana (15min walk), to Trebaluger (45 min) that is a lovely and unspoiled beach or the well knowed Cala Macarella (35min walk).
A few minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop, which offers a good service during the summer and reaches all Menorca’s villages. So the rental car is not essential, but always advisable on an island like Menorca where there is a lot to see and especially if you want to access more easily to different places and overall to unspoiled beaches.

Having stayed in the adjoining villa in 2019, a booking was made for June 2020. However were unable to travel due to Covid restrictions. The booking was postponed. Throughout the period thereafter we were able to maintain contact with the Sonne manvedi di più

Throughout the period thereafter we were able to maintain contact with the Sonne management team regarding our intent. We were finally able to travel in September 2021.
During our stay the Sonne team once again provided a high level of service. We will be booking for 2022. |

La relación calidad - precio de la Villa Magnolia la hacen un excelente lugar para disfrutar de la isla de Menorca (siempre y cuando vayamos con coche). Tanto su ubicación en Cala Galdana como sus instalaciones (piscina privada, excelentes terrazas, zona de barbacoa, doble baño...) hacen de esta villa el perfecto alojamiento para querer quedarse unos días más.
Consejo: aprovechad ahora que no hay turismo y masificación extranjera, podréis descubrir de nuevo la verdadera esencia de las islas Baleares. |

Algunos muebles y electrodomésticos (de la cocina), ya tienen un tiempo y uso elevado, cosa que hace que visualmente pierda algo de calidad el alojamiento. Los mandos del hornos han perdido sus dibujos.

Good communication from Irene and Sonne in general. It would be prefect to rent the two villas together if you were a larger group. Really enjoyed Menorca and the villa.
