Villa Atalaia is located in a quiet, safe and familiar area and it is located just 5 minutes’ walk from the spectacular and renowned beach of Cala Galdana.
This Villa rental in Menorca has capacity for eight people, private pool, air conditioning and has four double bedrooms, separate kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, a toilet, terrace, barbecue, WiFi and a private parking space.
The Villa for rent stands out for its spaciousness and for its sunny outdoor area with a large private pool, terrace, and barbecue ideal to enjoy a magnificent vacation with family, as a couple or with friends.
It is located in a natural and quiet environment and just a 5-minute walk from Cala Galdana Beach, a 15-minute walk from Cala Mitjana and very close to the Camí de Cavalls.
The rooms are made up of four bedrooms, all of them are distributed with two single beds and a wardrobe with enough space to store clothes. In addition, all bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to satisfy all culinary needs.It is equipped with a vitro-ceramic, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils. In the dining-room there is a table and chairs to enjoy the meals.
The living room has two comfortable sofas, an armchair, satellite TV, DVD and has direct access to the outdoor terrace and the pool.
At the front of the Villa for rent in Menorca there is the private pool, a barbecue and a sun terrace with a large outdoor garden area. The outdoor area has hammocks, an umbrella and all the outdoor garden furniture necessary to enjoy the sun, the pool, and outdoor meals and evenings.
Villa Atalaia is also equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, stereo, DVD, hairdryer, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, table and iron for clothes and a drying area as well as all the mandatory equipment according to the current legislation
All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all towels used on weekdays is provided and bed linen is changed every 7 days and an extra cleaning is included.

THE AREA
The Cala Galdana resort is one of the best known and most prestigious in Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind. Its fine white sand, its crystal clear waters and its shape shell make it a true paradise.
Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as guards, hammocks, boat rentals, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for young children who do not know or learn to swim by not covering the sea in the first 50 meters.
The urbanization has a family atmosphere, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area it has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as rental of boats, vehicles, kayaks, excursions on horseback, by bicycle, etc.
It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal to walk for example through the Barranc d'Algendar or walk along the Camí de Cavalls and discover Cala Mitjana (15min walk) the charming and unspoilt Trebalúger Beach (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35min walk).
