Villa Alzina is a cozy and comfortable villa for rent in Menorca with a private pool located in the prestigious urbanization of Cala Galdana.
Located in a quiet, safe area, with a family atmosphere and just 5 minutes’ walk from the spectacular and renowned beach of Cala Galdana is Villa Alzina.
This Villa rental in Menorca has capacity for six people, and has a private pool, air conditioning and three double bedrooms, separate kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, terrace, barbecue, WiFi and a private parking space.
The Villa for rent stands out for its spaciousness and for its location very close to the beach. In addition, it has a large private pool, terrace, and barbecue ideal to enjoy a magnificent vacation with family, as a couple or with friends. It is located in a beautiful natural environment and only 5 minutes’ walk from Cala Galdana Beach, 15 minutes’ walk from Cala Mitjana and very close to Camí de Cavalls.
The rooms are divided into three double bedrooms. The main room has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. In addition, all rooms have air conditioning and closets to store clothes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It is equipped with a vitro-ceramic, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils. In the dining-room there is a table and chairs to enjoy the meals.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, DVD and has direct access to the outdoor terraces and the pool area.
At the front of the Villa for rent in Menorca there is the private pool, the barbecue and the two terraces. Villa Alzina is equipped with hammocks, an umbrella and all the outdoor garden furniture necessary to enjoy the sun, the pool, and meals and evenings outdoors.
Villa Alzina is also equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, stereo, DVD, hairdryer, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, table and iron for clothes and a drying area as well as all the mandatory equipment according to the current legislation.
All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and bed linen is changed every 7 days and an extra cleaning is included.

The Cala Galdana Urbanization is one of the best known and most prestigious in Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystal clear waters and its shape shell make it a true paradise.
Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as guards, hammocks, boat rentals, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for young children who do not know or learn to swim by not covering the sea in the first 50 meters.
The urbanization has a family atmosphere, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area it has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as rental of boats, vehicles, kayaks, excursions on horseback, by bicycle, etc.
It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal to walk for example through the Barranc d'Algendar or walk along the Camí de Cavalls and discover Cala Mitjana (15min walk) the charming and unspoilt Trebalúger Beach (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35min walk).

Die Lage ist traumhaft mit direktem Weg zum Strand und einem tollen Pool. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Super, dass es einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus gibt.

The villa is underneath another so we did get noise. A baby crying and what sounded like furniture being moved could be very clearly heard. Would depend who’s above whether you hear noise!
