The apartment for rent consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, two large terraces, one with barbecue, and a private salt water pool.
The property is distributed on two levels, on the first level there is the pool and up a few steps, we find the apartment and the terrace overlooking Cala Galdana.
On the first floor there is the main room that consists of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a beautiful terrace with fantastic views over the beach. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower and also has a hair dryer. The other double room is made up of two single beds and a closet. All rooms and the living room are equipped with ceiling fans. In addition, the upper floor is equipped with air conditioning.
On the ground floor there is the other double room that consists of a double bed and a closet, the other bathroom and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware.
The outside area of this apartment for rent in Menorca is composed of a salt water pool overlooking the beach, an area with hammocks and an area covered by a pergola to enjoy outdoor meals with an outdoor table and chairs. The apartment also has a rear terrace with a barbecue.
Casa Febrer is equipped with; washing machine, table and iron for clothes. The property is also equipped with a safe, WiFi and satellite television.
All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.
