The Villa rental stands out for its brightness and for its location placed in a quiet environment with a great natural value. Villa Albe is just only a 5 minutes walk from Cala Galdana's beach and 15 minutes walk from Cala Mitjana.
The rooms are distributed in two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and the other one with one single bed. All of them have a wardrobe and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all culinary needs. It has a vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle and a wide range of kitchenware.
The livingroom has two comfortable sofas and a satellite flat-screen TV.
The Villa for rent in Menorca has two bathrooms, one has a bath and the other one has a shower tray. Both bathrooms are totally equipped and also both provided with a hair dryer.
At the front of the Villa rental, it is located a large Menorcan style terrace and a landscaped area, it has a large marble table for up to eight guests and another table with comfortable chairs where you can relax watching the children playing in this wide terrace.
At the rear side it has the pool, a great barbecue and a lovely chill-out corner, which is ideal to enjoy a drink in those summer warm nights under the starlight . The area also offers totally privacy, it has sunbeds, a table with chairs and an outdoor shower.
Villa Albe also has a washing machine, air conditioning in the living-room, Wi-Fi, radio and CD player, DVD, iron and ironing board and a clothing line area.
All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

This year the windows and doors had all been replaced, making the Villa feel even bigger and brighter. A new fridge freezer was also added. The beach is a few minutes walk away, the supermarket just around the corner .. it’s the best! |

Messages and queries are always answered promptly and your leave with the peace of mind that your holiday stay is well managed. The Villa itself is beautiful , both inside and out. Located just a few minutes walk from the stunning beach, the local bus route, supermarket and bars/restaurants.. it really is ideal. Love the separate en-suite room for friends we travel with which means we all have our own bathroom space. The back and front seating areas, and the bbq area is great for a relaxed evening meal around the pool. |

There’s only really two things we can suggest in terms of improvement. AC in at least the 3rd double bedroom. We’ve just arrived home from our 2 week stay and while there we experienced the tail end of the Menorcan heatwave! The ceiling fans just disee more

We’ve just arrived home from our 2 week stay and while there we experienced the tail end of the Menorcan heatwave! The ceiling fans just didn’t provide enough relief sadly. Two teenage boys resorted to sleeping in the living room area as this was air conditioned but obliviously not ideal for a two week holiday.
The second is just to be able to check out slightly later, even 11am would make a huge difference. This is of course more of a personal request because our flights on a Saturday are evening ones so would provide a slightly easier day in terms of luggage storage etc. This year we would have really struggled had our local bar that opens at 11am not been able to provide storage for our cases, although we had the option of leaving our cases at the sonnevilla office unfortunately when we arrived with it at just after 10am the office was closed. (Very possibly a timing issue but still left us with 5 pieces of luggage and carryon bags to store until our 6.30pm airport transfer) |

The Villa itself is just beautiful, spotlessly clean, bright, comfortable, everything you need is there! It is located in the perfect location.. steps access to the beach which takes a few minutes or a 10 minute downhill walk down onto the beach. The living room and 2 bedrooms have air conditioning which offered such a pleasant relief after beach days! With the choice of sitting around the beautiful pool or relaxing in the front porch there really is something for everyone. My son especially loved the little white bespoke sofa seating area at the corner of the pool. We made sure we re booked for 2022 with Joan prior to leaving this year because we loved it so much! |

Everything was excellent. If I had to think of anything that could be improved, it would be that the fan in the main bedroom next to big bathroom is noisy at times. It may be a nice touch to provide a small carton of milk and some teabags/coffee sachsee more

La casa está muy bien situada con acceso a la playa en unos minutos. La piscina es fantástica con flotadores, barcas hinchables etc de los que disponer. Amplio menaje de cocina y de buena calidad. Muchas cazuelas y sartenes y todo muy nuevo.
